If you didn't know, there was a typhoon that ran through the central island in the Philippines - you know, where Manila and the surrounding areas are. My BF lives in one of the provinces south of Manila, so he saw some storm action. And, as a result of mother nature, I have been unable to text him reliably for the past 3 days. It sucks man. I know billboards and above ground lines were wiped out. In one of the last messages I received from him, he said he still didn't have power. So, telecommunications must be down...mostly on his end, but maybe my end is not all great either - 'cause it's been raining some here on Guam too.
